My condolences and sympathies to Karl Rawson and his family in his untimely passing.  Were Karl and his sister Karlene twins or simply born in the same 12 month period.

Karl's 1st wife Becky (Rebecca), Hancey was also a 1959 WHS graduate.  To this union were born 3 beautiful children.

For a long time I thought Bill and Eleanor Godfrey were twins since they both graduated from WHS in 1959 with the rest of us.  One day I phoned up the mayor or Ogden City, Matthew Godfrey who just happens to be Bill's son and he told me Bill and Eleanor were not twins, but were both born in the same 12 month period in 1940.  It may be the same for Karl and Karlene.  Perhaps some of you out there have more information you could share to clear up this mystery.

If you wish you can go to the Myers Mortuary Web Site and post a condolence for the Karl Rawson Family.  First go to his funeral site posting and then to the guest book condolences web site just under Karl's Obit.

The funeral will be at the West Warren LDS Chapel next Tuesday June 22, 2010 at 11 am.  There will be a one hour viewing just prior to the funeral, also at the West Warren LDS Chapel from 9:30 to 10.30 am.

The main viewing will be Monday night, June 21, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Myers Mortuary at 845 Washington Blvd.  Ogden, Utah.
