Bliss passed away on AUGUST 1ST 2006.  He grew up in West  Warren.  When he was 19 he enlisted in the Air Force, serving in Texas, Japan, and Vietnam.  He married 3 times, the last marriage was to the love of his life.  They  were sealed in the Ogden Temple.  She brought 5 additional children to the family, whom he raised as his own.  They then had 3 more children. He lived in Roy and was very active in the Roy West Ward.  His life was one of  hard work and intregrity.  He worked at Circle (A) Construction, Great Salt Lake Mineral, Winder Dairy, Muirbrook Dairy, V/1 Propane, AmeriG Propane Gas, and The Standard-Eximiner.  He loved his family with all his heart, and is also survived by his best friends Stanley and Bernice Bertagonalli of Wendell Idaho
