Billy Joe Fixico, 36, died April 9, 2004 in Tulsa. He was born September 6, 1967 in Okmulgee to Easter Sunday Fixico Jr. and Mary Fixico, who preceded him in death. He was a member of the South Heights Assembly of God Church in Sapulpa. Survivors include his wife Amy Fixico of the home; a son B.J. Fixico and a daughter Devanee Fixico, both of Arkansas City, KS.
