Terry Joe Fulk, 77, of Golconda, Illinois, formerly of Olney, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026 at Hardin County General Hospital in Rosiclare, Illinois.

Terry Joe Fulk was born on December 11, 1948, in Olney, Illinois, the son of Perry and Anna (Foerster) Fulk. He married Barbara Ann Weber on August 10, 1968, and she preceded him in death on November 8, 2008.

Terry began working in the oilfield at a young age for his dad's oil company, Perry Fulk Oil. Upon retiring from the oilfield, he worked for Farm Services in Noble.

He enjoyed everything to do with the ocean and saltwater, especially deep-sea fishing. He was an outdoorsman who liked to hunt deer and boar, mushroom hunt, and go four-wheeling.

Terry was an excellent cook and was famous for his seafood dinners. He could also grill awesome meats, but his great granddaughters knew him best as a donut connoisseur.

He was loved by everyone he met. He was a jokester, a devoted husband, and loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be sorely missed.

Terry is survived by his daughters, Amy Fulk, Emily Lynch (Fulk) and her husband Ron; granddaughter, Tabitha (Jeremy) Harlan, Hannah (Oden Jarvis) Lynch, Savannah (Dylan Luther) Lynch; great granddaughters, Breanna Harlan and Gracelynn Harlan; and brother, Perry "Bebe" Fulk.

Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Weber) Fulk; parents, Perry & Annie Fulk; sister, Dixie Weaver; grandson, Grayden Lynch; and son-in-law, Terry Brazil.

Terry was a simple guy who loved being in his bibs and would want everybody to be comfortable at his funeral service. If you have bibs, please feel free to wear them at Friday's service.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements.

A memorial service will be held for Terry at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 10, 2026 at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney, with the visitation beginning one hour before service time at the funeral home.
