Victoria Jenner Kosack

November 20, 1949 — August 23, 2026

Victoria Jenner Kosack passed peacefully in her sleep at her home in Phoenix on August 23, 2026, surrounded by the warmth and beauty she loved. She was 76 years old.

Born November 20, 1949, in Olney, Illinois, Victoria graduated from East Richland High School in 1967, where she met the love of her life, J. Richard Kosack. The couple married in May 1968 and set out on an adventure together, first moving to Davenport, Iowa, to support Richard's education at Palmer College of Chiropractic. They then moved to Champaign, Illinois, where they built a wonderful life and made amazing lifelong friendships. In 1986, they relocated to Phoenix, Arizona—a place they fell in love with and called home for the rest of their lives.

As a devoted homemaker, Victoria poured her heart into her family and her home. She was known for her warm sense of humor and her thoughtfulness—she never missed an opportunity to send a birthday card to those she loved, a small gesture that reflected her generous spirit. Victoria had a gift for creating beauty around her. Her rose garden and flowers were a source of great joy, and she tended them with the same care and attention she gave to everyone in her life.

Victoria is survived by her daughter Jennifer, of Phoenix, Arizona, and her son David, of Paradise Valley, Arizona. She was a beloved grandmother to five grandchildren: Dylan, Peyton, and Alex, the sons of Jennifer, and Ella and Max, the children of David. Victoria treasured her time with all of them and was deeply loved in return.

Victoria was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. J. Richard Kosack, who passed away in 2013. Though her time with us was too short, her legacy of love, kindness, and beauty lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor on September 22 at her home in Phoenix.
