Helen Elizabeth (Shadle) Jacobson 73, of Peoria, Illinois died November 7, 1982.

Born July 21, 1909, in Ingraham (Clay County) Illinois, she was a daughter of Ornamel and Della (Ingram) Shadle. She married L.G. Jacobson July 29, 1930 in St. Louis, MO.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Lloyd Gerald Jacobson of Peoria; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a brother, Clifford Shadle of Ingraham.

She was a member of the West Bluff Christian Church and Peoria Chapter Order of Eastern Star. She was a registered nurse, working as an industrial nurse at Hiram Walkers. She was past president of the Industrial Nurses of Illinois.

Services at Murphy-Sedgwick Memorial Home in Canton. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
