Carl Warner Casad, 77,  died October 6, 1981 at his home at 830 Kentia Ave., Santa Barbara, Calif. after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Casad was born February 25, 1904 in Olney, Illinois, son of George W. Casad and Josephine (Besley) Casad. Mr. Casad retired in 1972 after working for Santa Barbara Electric Co. as an electrician. He was active in the Unity Church.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Casad of Santa Barbara, and two sisters, Elizabeth Casad and Hazel Moulton of Tampa, FL.

Arrangements are by the McDermott-Crockett Mortuary through the Channel Cities Memorial Society. Friends may remember the Unity Church. The Rev. William Helmboldt will officiate.
