86, of Lincoln NE., died Sept. 16, 2014. Milt was born June 6, 1928. He taught at Omaha Benson High School for 37 years as a math teacher & guidance counselor/director.

He is survived by his wife, Joan of Lincoln; children, Larry Lorenz of Lincoln, Susan Lorenz & husband, David Elliott of St. Paul, Minn., Lisa Lorenz & husband, Scott Spaulding of Lincoln; grandchildren, Carl, Max & Sam Elliott, Cameron & Isabella Spaulding; siblings, Naomi (Sterling) Kohrs, Quentin (Penny) Lorenz all of Beatrice.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, at Southwood Lutheran Church, 9300 S. 40th Street, Lincoln 68516. Pastor Michael Ryan will officiate. Interment will follow in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Johnson. Memorials are suggested to Southwood Lutheran Church or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
