Ruth was born to Jane G. (Hastings) and James B. Ollis, Sr in Ord, NE. She died in Omaha. She married Rev. J. Keith Cook on August 17, 1956 in Ord.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Rev. James B. Ollis Jr.; and her sister, L. Marilyn Goodenberger. Ruth is survived by her sons, Andrew J., Dr. J. Paul, and C. Todd; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, all of Omaha, and 1 other grandson who lives in Lincoln, NE.

Ruth was a superb pianist and organist, and was a Guidance Counselor at South High School in Omaha.

VISITATION: Sunday, June 2, from 2-5pm. SERVICE: 11am Monday, June 3, all at Presbyterian Church of The Master 10710 Corby Cir., Omaha.

Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha.
