(Kim) Callender; grandchildren, Christian Tyson, Mary and Anna Chaney; mother, Patricia Adams; brothers, Johnny (Betty) Adams and their son Cody, Jim (Leigh) Adams and their children Justin and Craig.

MEMORIAL SERVICE 11am Wednesday, Presbyterian Church of the Master. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Liver Cancer Research in the name of Jayne.
