Welch, Jeffrey D. Age 54 Council Bluffs, IA. Passed away suddenly on February 5, 2016 at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. He was born in Omaha on April 1, 1961 to the late Robert and Fay (Cross) Welch. Jeff graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1979, and was currently employed with Omaha Public Schools. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Steven, Don, and Jim Welch. Jeff is survived by his wife, Helen Welch; sisters, Theresa Beauchamp (Mark), and Karen Schnackenberg (Mark); brother, Chris Welch (Tammy); nieces; nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

VISITATION will begin at 4pm Tuesday at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Special remarks and CELEBRATION OF LIFE will start at 5:30pm, followed by Reception in the Community Room at Hoy-Kilnoski. The family will direct memorials.
