Survived by twin sons, Dax and Charlie; parents Charlie and Sharee Rush; brother Tom Rush (Linda Robinson); sister Teresa Miller (Shawn); brother Tim Rush (Rebecca Cox); nieces Neleigh Rush and Margot Miller; boyfriend Dalmiro Ordonez and his son Luis.
