In reading this obit, I see that Paul passed away at the way-too-young age of 49. As every face and name passed by the video tribute to our classmates at the reunion stag, many moans and groans, and I am certain a few tears, rippled through the room. Paul was in my freshman homeroom with Mr. Harry Forehand. You will all recall that we were seated alphabetically, so Paul sat very close to Joe Turek, Jerry Vogel, Steve Werthmann, Larry Wooten, myself, and others. I therefore got to know him a bit better than many, and was saddened as his face came up on the screen during the filmstrip My deepest sympathies go out to his family. I am not an avid reader of the obit section in the newspaper, or I would attend many of the visitations of our classmates. Thank you for posting this.
