Keith passed away on January 16th, 2019.  He lost his battle to cancer after multiple extensive hospital stays.  After graduating with our class he entered the United States Marine Corps.  He served our country during Desert Storm.  Upon his return he located to West Virginia.  He worked in management at Lowe's and later joined the Washington D.C.'s International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 26.  Keith is survived by his ex-wife Betty and his daughter Kelci in Inwood, WV.  His mother Alice Bilskemper resides in Wausau, WI and his father Tom Powers resides in Holmen, WI.  His sister and our classmate Chandra, resides in North Carolina.
