I recently retired from the Fulton City Schools School Nutrition Office for medical reasons. I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer last year. While the surgery was successful, my life expectancy ( on adverage )is about 5 years. So far, I've had great test scores and continue to hope they stay that way. I've lost weight and put some back on but the worst thing in my life was going bald! Chemo maybe a lifesaver but it stinks!

7/31/08 Just wanted to update you, I had my quarterly check-up this week. My counts are still in the normal range but up to 23 as compared to the single digits for the last year.

Any one remember when we were decorating for junior prom the lady who drove her mustang up on the school lawn? That was my Mom! She just passed away December 10, 2007 at 90 years old.
