I actually played in a band with Ted for awhile. He was a bass player at the time. the band was in formation and we had decided on a name; Aardvark. I can't remember who else played with us, maybe Ronnie Anson, maybe Mike Batcho on drums. He was definitely committed to the project and I'll always remember his intensity. May he rest in peace.

I recall that Howard Hill played lead guitar with Ted for awhile. We got them a gig at the Barcelona Hotel one night around early 1968 or 9.

I'll always remember the time in Drama class when Mr Cohen put Ted and I into an improv scene where I was his son and had just told Dad that I was gay. Mr Cohen said, "Action", at which point, Ted picked me up and threw me against the wall! I wasn't sure whether he was just a great actor, or if he hated me. (actually, I don't think that Ted ever liked me!) RIP, my friend.

Joe, Ted was definitely out there, I thought it was a prerequisite for a musician! ;) I think we may have gone back as far as Elem. School, I remember Ted as very entertaining, the type of kid who would say what others would only think, which I loved! I know you're up there rockin' the clouds, Ted, we'll see you again! Peace out buddy...
