Charlene was da coolest. We shared a lot of classes so we got to see ach other a lot our senior year. I can honestly say it didn't matter what people had to say if she was your friend she was your friend to the end. I remember the night she was taken away or early morning. I was on my way from work and I didn't know who was in the accident but I got out to help, when I got to the car she was gone. She is greatly be missed and will alway be in my heart.

I remember Charlene ever since Mrs. Cooley's fourth grade class at Whittaker....she used to be soooo sensitive. I would always try to console her when her feelings got hurt, she was my friend. "I'll miss you." R.I.P

Tiffany "Charlene" was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and, her smile could light up an entire room. She was always someone that I could talk to about anything and she wouldn't hesitate to tell me when I was wrong. Tiffany is greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her..

Charlene and I was friends for as long as I remeber. I think I was in about 3rd grade and I was at the Silver Spur, she was there with Charlie(her older brother)and he was hanging with his friends and wouldn't let her hang with them. So she walked right up to me, sat down, we started talking and dancing and we were instant friends from that moment on. I had alot of friends through my school years but she was the truest friend. She was there with me throught some of my most remeberable moments. My sister's bachlorette party, we were only 15 but we turned the part out, danced on stage and then had to drive all the drunks home. She was there to help me with my sister wedding and of course her baby shower. She use to come over and die my mother's hair. I remeber when I was at her house and she was there taking care of grandfather. She would do anything for anybody, and do it cheerfully. I can remeber when she passed and it hurt me sooooo bad. I felt like it should have been me and not her because she was so good. I was the one who was wayyyy more off the chain then she was, she was just a sweet gurl who did not deserve it. After she passed it was so much pain in Ob so i had to move. I saw how it tore her family up. My condolences to Charles, Linda, and Charlie(her parents and brother) Charlene I miss you more then words can express but I know I will see you again one day. Miss ya girl and love you with all my heart.

Charlene you are greatly missed and I remember sharing good laughs with you and Cheryl. I know that in my heart you are in a better place. I moved from OB awhile ago but when I return there is always some kind of memorial or reminder of you. This is because a truly good person will never be forgotten. RIP

Tiffany was always such a sweet and warm individual. She would always ask me where my twin was or our other sister Veronica. Never could tell when something was ever wrong until she came to me and said what her problem was. Always had a beautiful smile on her face. I was pumping gas one day in Columbia when I was surprised to look up and see a picture of her on displayed about her being killed by a drunk driver. She is as beautiful now as she was then. Gone but never forgotten.....Love "The Twins"
