Norma Bellows Neuman, 58, from Orem, Utah, passed away January 2, 2004, in Provo, Utah. She was born to Leona Davis and Russell Bellows, May 26, 1945, in Provo, Utah. She graduated from Orem High in 1963, and was the owner of Norma's Nails and Hair Design in Provo. She was a wonderful grandmother and mother to everyone. She will be missed a great deal. We are glad she will be joining her father. Survived by her children, Sean (Maren) Neuman, and Kristin (Darin) Chipman, American Fork; grandchildren: Megan, Elise, McKay Neuman; and Alex, Dre;, Davis, Chloe Chipman; mother, Leona Hatch, Orem, brother, Russell Bellows; sisters, Susan Johnson and LeAnn Larsen.
