Ted Davis

Ted Davis

Ted H Davis was born on December 2, 1944, in Provo, Utah. He passed away on November 18, 2005, at the age of 60. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Roxie Ann Davis; his son, Jesse Ted; and daughter, Candice Ann. He is also survived by his mother, Yvonne Davis-Hoover; his step-father, Joseph Roy Hoover; his step-sister, Connie Marsh; and his brother-in-law, David Reed and Pat Hall, as well as their sons and daughters whom he loved dearly, and they loved him, as their own. Ted was preceded by his father, Ned Davis. Ted worked as a material engineer for Utah Department of Transportation for over 40 years. His hobbies included hand-crafting beautiful jewelry and knives. He also enjoyed silhouette target shooting, and drawing. He played Santa for the past ten years for Headstart and for his wife's pre-school. Ted's greatest joy was found in his family. Ted was a dutiful son, who cared for his mother. He dearly loved his wife and children. He was eagerly awaiting his son's graduation from the Utah County Police Academy; and, his daughter's wedding. The family will greatly miss the laughter he brought into their lives. Ted was always ready with a joke or story to lighten the mood.
