Ida "Carolyn" Bird, age 60, passed away May 15,  2006 in West Valley City, Utah. She was born July 12, 1945 to Paul Virgil and Leah Fielding Vincent in Provo, Utah. Carolyn attended and graduated from Orem High School. Carolyn an active member of the LDS Church where she served in various capacities and was a good friend to all. She was sealed to the love of her life, Kent Bird, in the Salt Lake Temple on May 16, 1998. Carolyn loved her children and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a loyal friend and sister and was loved by all who knew her. She enjoyed hiking and camping and loved the mountains. Carolyn was very talented and did beautiful handwork. Survivors include her husband, Kent; daughter, Jennifer; son, Paul; granddaughter, Lily; mother, Leah; and sisters, Janette, Norma and Nadine. Preceded in death by her father, Paul Virgil Vincent.
