Kelly Whitney, 54, of Provo passed away Saturday, December 30, 2006 due to a prolonged heart condition. Kelly was born March 17, 1952 in Provo, Utah to David Billingsley and Audrey Dimick Billingsley. She married Blaine Jackson in Orem in 1970 and together had a son, Kyle. Blaine passed away in 1972. She married Mike Collins in 1973, and had a son, Michael. Mike passed away in 1975. She had a loving relationship with Steven Prestwich and together had a daughter, Sarah Nicole.
Kelly grew up in Orem and graduated from Orem High School in 1970. She enjoyed the ocean and loved to sail. Her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her three children: Kyle (Robin) Jackson, Pleasant Grove; Michael Collins, Canada; Sarah Nicole Prestwich, Port Townsend, WA; nine grandchildren; mother, Audrey (Leslie) Larson, Sandy; siblings: Tyler (Lisa) Christiansen, South Jordan; Page (Wes) Radford, Anacortes, WA. She was preceded in death by her father, David.
The family would like to express their thanks to Kelly's companion, Robert Williamson for his love and compassionate care of Kelly in recent years.
