I graduated from UCF and have worked in various capacities in the field of Respiratory Care. I was employed at Florida Hospital/ Orlando, Florida for over 25 years, where I primary worked Neonatal/Pediatrics, served on the transport team, held supervisory and education positions. During this time, obtained a Masters Degree in Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Approximately 13 years ago, my husband and I relocated to Asheville, NC, where I managed the Respiratory division of Advanced Home Care, and then returned to the hospital setting. I currently work at Mission Health System, in the capacity of the Dayshift Adult Care Supervisor over the Mission and St. Joe campus. Once in Asheville, I completed my Masters Certificate in Health Care Innovation Management. We live just outside of Asheville in a small farming community, Mills River. My hobbies are: fiber arts, camping, boating, raising my ducks and chickens, gardening and working with the homeless, primarily in soup kitchens and homeless shelters.
