
SCOTT A. GUILLERM Scott A. Guillerm, 45, Englewood, FL, passed away Friday, May 6, 2005. Born on August 26, 1959, in Pompton Plains, NJ. Mr. Guillerm was the Regional Account Manager for Auto Trader.com. He moved to the Englewood area in 2000. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed boating and contributor to the Lemon Bay Sports Program. Scott was a loving father and husband. He is survived by his wife Laura (Widener); his children Craig and Conner; his parents Pat and Ken Guillerm, Rotonda West; two sisters, Deborah (Michael) Renard, Orono, MN, and Beverly (Kevin) Curley, Rotonda West; and brother Bradley (Diane), Latham, NY. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 10 at 11 a.m. at Englewood United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Craig and Conner Guillerm Scholarship Fund c/o Fund Bank of America Englewood, 10 North Indiana Ave., Englewood, FL, 34223. Englewood Community Funeral Home has been selected to handle arrangements.

Scott married Laura a couple of years after graduating High School, they purchased a house in Prairie Village, Kansas. Scott and Laura relocated to Minn from Overland Park, Kansas and established himself in the Automobile Retail Industry. They had 2 boys (Craig and Connor). After a couple very cold winters in Minnesota, Scott convinced his family to relocate to Southwest Florida near his Mom and Dad and sister Bev. Scott became very successful in the Automobile Advertising Industry and had the title of Southeast Regional Manager for his company. Scott enjoyed the beach, warm weather, and participating in his son's sports. He was an accomplished golfer. Scott also had a passion for cars. Most importantly Scott was a giving person who was always there to help. Scott left us way to early. We all miss him greatly. He spoke often of his year's at Shawnee Mission South and his classmates.

I'll always remember Scott as a special friend. He was always one of the good guys. Prior to his death, he was in town, and went to my dad's to track my brother and I down. He really surprised me when he showed up at my work! It was so great to see him. My prayers are with his family and friends.
