Scott A. Taylor, 44, Overland Park, KS, passed away March 20, 2004, at his home. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 25 at McGilley & Hoge Chapel. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until time of service. Scott was born November 12, 1959, to Bob and Joan (Martin) Taylor in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. He graduated from SMS in 1978 and was a supervisor for K & W Underground Construction. Scott was preceded in death by grandmother Margaret Taylor and grandfather James E. Martin. He is survived by his sons, Eric Taylor and Chad Heflin; parents Bob and Joan Taylor, Overland Park, KS; sisters Lisa Souza and husband Rob, Overland Park, KS, and Leslie Taylor, Merriam, KS; brother Rob Taylor, Kansas City, MO; nephew Mike Souza and niece Laura Souza; and grandmother Verla Henderson.
