Dinklage, 46, went on a snowshoeing trip and went missing after a snow storm moved into the Denver area. His Family said he was new to the sport of snowshoeing and picked it up as a form of exercise. January 22, 2007.
Mel was so positive and so sweet. He was always one out to try discover ....the beauty with him was .. no one ever really knew.. he had issue unless he lifted his leg pant up.. how cool was that? RIP Mel.. we miss you and when our time is called, please .. hold the door open for us.. can't wait to see you again! :)
What a sad thing, Mel was a cool guy. I knew him since 6th grade at Valley View. He had recently lost his lower leg, and I still remember what a positive guy he was. We played football together at Nallwood. He was always enthusiastic. I lost track of Mel after SMS. I'm sure he made a huge impression on many in his life. God bless you Mel.
Mel and I grew up together. We lived around the corner from each other. We we often pulled over riding minibikes in the neighborhood. I remember the rides to school in his souped up Malibu...he would pass cars on Nall! He was very authentic.
Mel had such a wonderful, playful spirit. Playing pranks, putting others at ease, and making us laugh. I miss Mel's smile, his hugs, and his caring way. We miss you, Mel.
