Warren Lee Anderson, II, 61, Lee's Summit, Mo., passed away June 18, 2013. His wife Kathy preceded him in death.
He is survived by his adult children, Jessica and Ryan.
I knew Warren since second grade at Cherokee Elementary School (87th & Antioch) and later at South and KU. Warren was a good friend who enjoyed life. We painted houses together with Terry Halver, and later, I got him a job where I worked building boilers up in Minnesota. He and Kathy came up to the lake in Minnesota several for fishing and water skiing.
He went tto work at Kaufman labs as a chemist after graduating from UMKC and worked there until his passing.
Warren was so very full of life and enjpyed every minute of his ride. He was true to his friends, and I never heard a bad word spoken against him.
