Carl "Neil" Darr, 64, passed away December 6, 2011. Neil was a lifelong residence of the Kansas City Metro area. He was a Union steward of GCIBT Local 235 and retired from Burd and Fletcher. Neil enjoyed traveling with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Betty Darr; wife, Linda Darr. Neil is survived by his daughter, Lori (Jim) Lakey; step-daughter, Nina Offield; brothers, Mark Darr and Dale (Cathy) Darr; sister, Diane (Pat) Gould; many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Harley.
