Becky left a lasting impression on many of us. I remember very well chatting with her in Yearbook right before lunch that day, following her out of the parking lot, as a matter of fact...and then she was gone.

I think what touched me the most was her sunny attitude and incredible faith in God. The poem she wrote just days before her passing still inspire me to have the same kind of trust.

"Just say the word,
I will drop everything and run to you."

Becky, you will always be young and vibrant, and an inspiration to live life to its fullest.

Becky was my best friends sister, I will never forget the day she passed. We were eating lunch at simple simons on 76th st. We heard the fire trucks and ambulances start up and go, Buddy, Becky's brother, his girlfriend Carol Bailey looked at both of us and told us both that something was wrong. Later that afternoon I found out. Becky was one of the most sensational people I had ever met, she was always fun to hang out with she had a way of making people laugh and feel better about everything in life. She was an amazing person who left an everlasting impression on everyone she came into contact with.

I remember the day very well. I came back from lunch and passed Becky's boyfriend, Alan Edwards, who was waiting for her outside. She should've been back, but wasn't yet. What a terrible day.
Ed, I'm surprised I wasn't at that Simple Simons with you and Buddy and Carol. I think I went somewhere with Darrell that day.
Becky was a wonderful girl who's life was cut far too short. God bless her and her family.
