Harold was a very good friend of mine when we went to Stovall Shaw for those 9 long years of elementary and middle school. He was a very tough kid growing up. I mean that in a nice way. I remember him being a very competitive and of course a very intelligent person. In high school (including DN Hix) we shared a couple of classes together, Latin that I remember the most. We didn't hang out or talk a whole lot as we did at Stovall and I have regretted that since his death. I remember the day he passed away along with his brother and Jamie in that horrible accident. I was shocked and deeply saddened. It was the first time a classmate that I was close with passed away. I am certain he would have excelled in high school, gone off to college, and been very successful. Rest in Peace old friend.

I had known Harold since kindergarten at Stovall-Shaw. He was always quiet. Harold was a good person with a kind heart. After leaving Stovall-Shaw we had a couple of classes together and he was intelligent. When he passed it was a great loss. I had never experienced losing a friend before and it was hard. Every time I look through the yearbook I have to take a moment to reflect. I really miss Harold but I know that he is in a better place at peace. Rest in peace my friend.
