Received word today that Billy Joe Wilbourn had passed Sept. 5.

Billy Joe attended Whittier Grade School. Washington Junior High, and Tilghman High School. He was my Classmate at all those Schools 

A memorial service will be held at a later date. He has two children and three siblings that survive him. May God comfort them in this time of sorrow.
