Anthony had a heart condition and had a major heart attack in 1999.  His health got progressively worse after this happened. He was on the list for a heart transplant but his insurance with the Ironworker's ran out after capping at one million dollars in medical costs. Since he couldn't do Welding or Ironworking after this, he got a job being a land surveyor.  At first he would get slightly winded...but later he would get tired easily.  Towards the end, his pacemaker that they put in after his first heart attack would start going off alot. it happened several times at work...he would get on one knee then lie down.  He said it felt like a horse kicking him in the chest. Finally, they let him go.  A month later he was gone.
