MARTIN URBAN Obituary

PALATINE - Martin "Marty" P. Urban, age 58, of Montello, WI, formerly of Palatine, IL, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage. Marty was born in Elgin, IL on June 19, 1956 to Phillip and Gloria (Miletich) Urban. Marty graduated from Fremd High School and went to work for UPS and after a 30 year career, he retired to the Montello area. Marty enjoyed spending time outdoors; especially deer hunting and fishing as well as riding his Gold Wing motorcycle. He was a very caring, loving and family orientated man who will be forever loved and missed. Marty leaves behind his two children: Kyle (Heather Metheny) Urban of McHenry, IL and Krystal (Jeff Knebl) Urban of Streamwood, IL as well as his parents, Phillip and Gloria of Palatine and grandson, Jacob. He is also survived by his life partner, Catherine Vonallmen of Montello and her children: Keith Vonallmen and Heidi (Tim) Steffens and her grandchildren: Logan, Helaina, Kendall and Chad. Marty is further survived by his siblings: Phillip, Pamela, Priscilla, Pauline and Bryan and the mother of his children, Lee Ann Messner.
