CARY – Cynthia "Cindy" Zimay, 54, of Cary, passed away Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, peacefully at home.She was born May 29, 1958, to James Cahill and Gloria (nee Meehan) Matson, in Chicago.Some of her passions included antiquing, crafting, baking and gardening. She loved spending time with her family and friends and had a special fondness for the Smoky Mountains.Cindy is survived by her husband, Jim; children, Zack, Amber and Greg; father, Jim (Joan) Cahill; mother, Gloria Matson; sister, Penny (Joel) Case; and brother, Timothy Cahill.
