Denise E. Ecklund, age 52 of Fayetteville, passed away at Donelson Care Center in Fayetteville, TN Friday, March 19, 2010. A native of Cary, IL, she had made her home in Fayetteville with her brother since November of 2009. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Bartsch Dankert, her father, Herman Ecklund and her step-father, Richard Dankert and sister, Tracy Ecklund Jarol. She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Ecklund of Chicago and Amanda Ecklund of Fayetteville; sisters, Susan (Tony) Obregon of Bristol, WI and Kathy (Daniel) LaDore of Palatine, IL; brothers Wayne (Andrea) Ecklund of Lombard, IL and Keith Ecklund of Fayetteville; many nieces, nephews and friends.
