Diane M. Adamczyk of Buffalo Grove. Born July 10, 1958, in Chicago, to Paul P. and Irene (nee Korf) Primak, she died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, at her home. Mrs. Adamczyk was an administrative assistant for Brunswick Corp. in Lake Forest for over 10 years. Her survivors include her husband of 26 years, Robert S. Adamczyk; her son, Robert Adamczyk Jr., her daughter, Rachel P. Adamczyk; her father, Paul P. Primak; her brother, Gary E. Primak; and her nephew, Jason Primak. Diane was preceded in death by her mother.
