Efrain live around the corner from me and he was sucha nice guy. He would way help everyone and would away want to help everyone. I remember when his dad got sick he was there to help all the time with him. I forgot what year he passed but when we heard about it we were shocked. Peace be with his family. Efrain is now with his dad and I believe his mother also. He will be missed until we meet again.
