Bruce M. Benoit, 71, of New Bedford passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in his residence after a brief illness.

Born in Northbridge, a son of the late Roland F. and Eileen C. (Jacques) Benoit he later graduated from Palmer High School before serving in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by three sons, Russell Benoit and his wife Sue of Dartmouth, Adam Benoit and his wife Jackie of Dartmouth, and Michael Benoit and his wife Emily of AR; five grandchildren, Becca Benoit, Jacob Benoit, Caleb Benoit, Charlie Benoit, and Tucker Benoit; a sister, Sheila LaBarre and her husband Mark; a brother, Ronald Benoit and his wife Chrissy; and many nieces and nephews.
