Steve/Skippy's LMCO Project THAAD:

A test of the mobile Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System, or THAAD, at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (Barking Sands, Kauai).  Steve (frequently known as Skippy around Lockheed-Martin) engineered range integration and test operations in support of THAAD flight testing.
