Hello Jack,
Lordy, with all the Paly Classmates you knew, I am shocked there are not more
accolades and memorials for you....
We were not buddies at Paly, but we crossed paths so many times at the various
events, sports, and similar friends.... Alas, you deep on the inside and old Dave
semi looking in hahahahahaha.
Left for Berkeley Sept 1975 (after two years on the hill. Foothill College that is :-----).
Came back May 1987 (no was not in school for 12 years LOL!!)....
The first place George Ulvang and some other Paly guys took me
(now moved sadly far away).... was the Gatehouse on Lytton Ave (now sadly gone!).
You were the fun, happy, bar keep, general in charge and treated me
like a long lost star client!! Never forgot that, and thanked you many times over the
next 4-5 years when I would come in for a cocktail or dinner....
I have always remembered you fondly, and just wanted to
express my gratitude/thanks.
