I heard from Arlene Winn: Kandy Bollinger passed on February 11th, peacefully, at home surrounded by family and loved ones. Kandy will be missed since she was loved and admired by all.
So sorry to hear that Kandy is gone. I have fond memories of Kandy and Gail taking me under their wings and sitting together on the grass at Foothill College. I wish I had followed their advice! They were good friends and I will always remember them.
