Chris lived a few doors down from me since the fourth grade. His death occurred while we were playing phone tag. I was returning his call from earlier in the day. His mom answered the phone and said Chris died a hour earlier from a car accident. He was recovering from major surgery a week earlier. During tha accident his stitches opened up and he bled to death. He was a wonderful person who liked everyone. I still miss him. I attended his service, and heard many heart warming stories about him. Miss you Chris, I'll see you on the other side.
