What a great photo of Robin. Her smile was always in full gear. She was always hanging out with my sister/cousins Kathy and Karen Hodge, she was family. Always had a great attitude and a hug when you needed one. You are missed Robin. May God bless you.
We actually went to Beach Elementary together....One summer, I think we were about 9 or 10, we went away to Camp Winnetaska (?) in Alabama. It was a great camp but we were gone for two weeks & got quite homesick....we helped each other get through it and had a lot of fun in the process. I remember seeing Robin at the 20th reunion & she said then that she had cancer & they had not been able to "get it all". I had always hoped that the treatment after that time was successful....So sad to hear of her passing....She was a great girl!
Robin was such a good friend. I am so sorry to have lost her. We reconnected after many years of distance, and being out of touch. It was as if no time had passed. Everything we had shared was back into focus. That is the mark of a good friend. Someone who not only does not forget you, but remembers the times past and can laugh with you about them. Miss you Robin.
I had lunch with Robin some years back, and we had a great conversation. She was such an inteligent, genuine and likeable person. Seems so unfair that she's been taken from us so soon.
