Constance S. Terrell, 75, died Feb. 10, 2020 at her home.
Born Nov. 19, 1944, in Paoli, she was the daughter of Floyd and Essie Mae Terrell.
She was a retired nurse. She graduated from Paoli High School in 1962, and Norton’s School for Nursing in 1966.
Survivors include two sisters and two brothers, Jenny Cornwell and Larry Terrell, both from Paoli, Thomas Terrell of Salem, and Susan Deaton of Orleans; 11 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Essie Mae Terrell; one brother Floyd Terrell; one sister, Lu Ann Austin; one nephew; and one niece.
There will be no services as she donated her body to IU School of Medicine.
