Maureen Corbett Stumpf

February 7, 1947  -  July 13, 2022

Maureen Stumpf, 75, of Branchburg, NJ passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Springfield, MA, Maureen resided in Maywood, NJ for 3 years before moving to Branchburg 36 years ago.

Maureen graduated from Paramus High School, Class of 1965. After graduation, she attended Claremont secretarial school in New York. She later went on to work for Union Carbide for 18 years in Customer Service until 2001. Subsequently, she was employed by Johnson & Johnson in product support, retiring in 2014.

Maureen was an avid bowler and enjoyed having a girl’s night out with her dear friends. The one thing Maureen enjoyed the most was spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Grace and Joseph Corbett, her sister, Madelyn LeGuen and her brother in law, Christian LeGuen.

Surviving are her loving husband of 52 years, Jack Stumpf, her two dear sons, Craig and wife Susanne Barna Stumpf of Scotch Plains, NJ; Brian Stumpf of Flemington, NJ; one sister Catherine Corbett of Edison, NJ; and four cherished grandchildren, Malissa, Alissa, Arabella, and Michael.
