Maureen was a musician, she played the Alto Sax in the Petaluma Adult Band and the Swing and a Miss band.  She played in concerts to benefit elderly and disabled in the area.

Married with three young children the family moved from Long Island NY to Calif., to advance her husbands’ career.  They settled in Petaluma in 1988.  After a two year sabbatical, Maureen resumed her career at Community and stayed through its change to Sutter.  She loved hospital work, the recovery room and floor nursing were her choices.  She was the Charge Nurse on a MedSurge floor until cancer forced her retirement. Through extraordinary medical care at UCSF she had undetectable Mulitiple myloma at the time of her death.

Her husband of 42 years, the children, grandchildren, her brother, sister and their families all cry for her and surrender her to Christ.
