Died Friday, Feb. 20, 2009, at age 61 in Innovis Health, Fargo.

Survivors: son, Scott (Joyce) Kappes; and a sister, Sandra (Mike) Traun.

Services: Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 in Cease Family Funeral Home, Park Rapids. The memorial service will be Saturday at 10 in the funeral home. Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Park Rapids, in the spring.
