    Karen Elaine Dalke of Bellevue died Tuesday (Jan. 5, 1999) at Overlake Hospital.  She was 54.  A memorial service will be at noon tomorrow at Westminster Chapel, Bellevue, Washington.  Visitation will be today from noon to 4 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
    Mrs. Dalke was born January 31, 1944 in Ontario, Oregon, and grew up in Payette, Idaho.  She married Jim Dalke June 9, 1962.  The couple moved to Seattle area in 1966 and had lived in Bellevue since 1969.
    Mrs. Dalke was a homemaker and employed in health care management.  She was active in duplicate bridge in Seattle and was an American Contract Bridge Life Master.  Mrs. Dalke also was a member of the Westminster Chapel of Bellevue.

    In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Tammy Brewster, son Eric Dalke, sister Sandra Teichroew and Cyndie Osborn; brother Greg Browning and four grandchildren.

Karen Browning had a dynamic personality. It was as though the wheels in her mind were spinning so fast, that she was always rushing to put her next plan into action.  Karen's enthusiasm served us well in our Jobie's meetings & activites.   ~Gerrie Stults
