Zelma Frances Hill was born 14 September 1944 in Payette, Idaho, the daughter of Levi Arthur (Gordy) Hill and Eva Mae Smith Hill.  Zelma first registered for Social Security in 1959 in California. Zelma had attended Payette schools with us until then. Zelma married Walter E. Colley 21 November 1961 in Carson City, Nevada. They had lived in New Plymouth and California. Zelma F. Colley died in rural Lodi, San Juaquin County, California on the 6th of May 2009. Zelma Frances Colley is buried at Parkdale Cemetery, New Plymouth, Idaho.
