Tracey was born September 29, 1967.  She graduated from Pendleton High School, and was a lifelong resident of Pendleton.  Despite many severe medical problems, Tracey was an inspiration to all those around her.  She had spent time attending several area churches, and was always actively involved in church activities.  Recently she had been a member of the Pendleton Grace Baptist Church.  She was constantly keeping up with relatives on facebook and other social media.  Tracey was the family contact for everyone in her large family.  Everyone had their own nickname for Tracey, she held a special place in many hearts.  She always loved Winnie-the-Pooh, especially Eeyore, and had an extensive collection of Eeyore memorabilia. 

Tracey is survived by her brother Orbie D. “Bill” Olsson, two foster brothers, Victor & Virgil Bates, foster sister Valerie Minthorn, twelve nieces and nephews, several grand-nieces and nephews, and great-grand-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Mabel B. Olsson, and sisters Maybelle Olsson, and Patsy Nell Moon.
