Delores Palmer (Anistead)

Robert passed away in Pittsburgh, PA.  I had an opportunity to talk with him at our Lincoln Park  Community Reunion in 1991.  At that time he was a City Planner for Pittsburgh.  He was married to Fern Harper Best.
